Surveys / Inspections
Regardless of the issue that is occurring within your property or project all works start off with a Survey / Inspection. During this time one of the team will discuss with you the issue, investigate it, which may include taking a look at different areas of the property internally and externally and depending on the works being discussed the level of finish you require.
For Professional Clients it is possible to work off architectural plans for submission of tenders etc. however prior to works commencing on-site an inspection must be carried out.
Where possible we will walk you through the issues and causes and discuss the required works alongside how we will carry out the works, what will be done and how we can minimise disruption to you.
Inspections and Surveys are subject to a survey / inspection fee however should the works be undertaken then this is deducted from the final account of the works. Following the completion of an inspection a report detailing the outcome of the inspection is produced which also includes a specification for the works alongside quotations.
Generally to ensure a swift service and turnaround of reports, documents will be emailed out however printed copies are available by request. We understand that sometimes the reports may seem overwhelming with, on occasion, large amounts of information within the report. However, once you have received and read the report we are also available to discuss any queries you may have
